My Story

Christine is a New Jersey State Licensed Massage Therapist and has been practicing since 2015. Having graduated from The Institute for Therapeutic Massage she received the highest caliber of massage training, including modalities such as Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal and Postnatal, Aromatherapy, and Chair Massage. Since then she has increased her knowledge in Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, and CBD Massages. She has recently became certified in Personal Training since she believes in combining the human movement system with massage to give the most optimal experience on and off the table. She wants to make you feel your best even well after your massage has ended. Her specialties are Deep Tissue & Sports and with adding CBD to give you the most relaxed massage. She strives at creating a balance between a relaxing experience and focusing to alleviate the problem areas. 

Since massage school, she realized how much she really enjoys helping people and became a Certified Personal Trainer to help continue with their treatment long after the massage has ended. With a background in various sports and outdoor activities, she has a great understanding of what is involved in how an athletes' body moves and how the body develops muscle imbalances. She has always been an active person herself and has been involved in variety of sports including swimming, softball, basketball and Martial Arts. By the time she was 17 she was an Assistant Martial Arts Instructor. 

Her hobbies include, hiking, camping, art, crocheting, working out, swimming and teaching PiYo. What is Piyo? Piyo is a high intensity, low impact workout that concentrates on improving your balance, strength and increasing your heart rate. This workout is adaptable and customizable to YOUR specific needs. PiYo was developed by Chalene Johnson and you can find it on BeachBody.com. Christine describes it as "yoga on steroids" However, there are modified moves that anybody can do! As we get older our bodies change where we can't do the same things as we once were able to do. It's a great way to keep your body in the best shape in just 1 hour!!
